11-21 William st have concrete bin sheds in all rear gardens. These are unsightly and attract a lot of flytipping/rubbish as tenants tend to leave bins out front. If concrete bin sheds could be removed and slabbed areas to contain bins this would be more presentable for the area.

A full close clean and re-paint the full closes from 21 and 31 Pine Crescent, this also includes re-painting the front and back communal door and frames.

Create new slabbed areas for the bins in the back garden.

Number 6, 8, and 10 Lomond Gardens require a clean and painted.

Provost close is a multi story building in the centre. The tenants have no gardens etc. An area with seating bench and planters would be nice for the tenants in summer maybe at other side of picture? Building has a lot of elderly tenants.

I would like to propose new paths either tarred or resin leading to the seating areas at the communal garden at the Oaks sheltered housing complex.
