Could I also ask for a metal gate to be placed at each entrance to the stairwells, opening outward, with a secure entry of sorts e.g. door-entry system or a simple but robust lock for security.

Provost close is a multi story building in the centre. The tenants have no gardens etc. An area with seating bench and planters would be nice for the tenants in summer maybe at other side of picture? Building has a lot of elderly tenants.
