The land at the rear of 21 Neilston Road is a perfect area for neighbours to meet. It is shared with the flats on South Campbell street. Possibly a couple of paved areas where tenants could sit and enjoy any nice weather.Project Description
2 paved/slabbed areas approx 16'x8', either side of the flat access gate. Tenants enjoyed doing this through the spring/summer but chair legs sank, particularly after rain.
