Bin Area for 14 Achray Drive, Foxbar

14 Achray Drive currently have wheelie bins (6x grey, 6x blue and 6x green) which are kept at the side of the building. 16 Achray Drive have an allocated bin area and bulk waste bins. This is a much better practice and the bins are better kept at 16. If we could recreate this for number 14, it would take the bins away from the building and tidy up the bin area. This would require slabbing part of the grass area at the front and moving the existing metal fencing.

The properties from 13-31 Glen Street in Paisley could benefit from having the full closes here cleaned and repainted to freshen them up. This would include an industrial clean of the communal close area, including windows. The window frames and banisters would then be repainted.

Campbell st playpark in Johnstone centre is in need of freshening up. The metal fence which surrounds it needs repaired and painted. The playpark itself needs updating also. Repair damaged fencing, rub down, prime and repaint the boundary fencing to the play park. Remove bushes which are growing through fence on Campbell st side.
Repair garden and install boundary fence between 17 and 19 Fulbar Road

This land has had a shed removed and left it untidy with debris and no boundary fence. I would propose to clear the dangerous debris from the area and clear the land and lay new turf. Install a new boundary fence between 17 and 19 Fulbar Road from the existing hedge to the rear of the garden. This will include removing part of the fencing for access and reinstating upon completion.
Bin Area for Ferguslie Walk, Paisley

Remove Wheelie Bins which are kept in the street for properties at 3 Ferguslie Main Road, 16 Ferguslie Walk and 18 Ferguslie Walk. Replace with bulk grey bin as well as bulk blue recycling and bulk green recycling bins which are kept on the road outside 16 Feguslie Walk. These will be accessible for all residents and will remove the wheelie bins and alleviate contamination of wheelie bins in this street. This will also help to remove the additional wheelie bins being stored at the back of 20 Feguslie Walk, allowing them to keep their own bins in the bin area at the rear of the property.

Closes are dirty with paint flaking from the walls and cobwebs in the every corner. An overall clean and fresh paint of the closes here would make a massive improvement to these buildings.

The Oaks

A wide tarred or resin path coming from the double silver gates and leading to the seating area at the communal garden at the Oaks Sheltered housing complex. I think a large path going from the double gates to the seating area would ensure all residents can access the area without going over the grass or residents gardens it would also be wheelchair accessible. The reason i'd like tarred or resin is to stop the issue of moss and weeds growing through and making it unsightly or dangerous for the elderly residents to walk on. I would also like to propose the path already there which comes from the communal lounge to the seating areas be replaced with a wider tarred or resin path for the same issues as already mentioned and the slabs underneath the benches replaced with same material to try and stop the yearly struggle of the ground becoming slippery for the residents. I have used the resources availabe to me to tidy up the paths surrounding the areas however the funding needed for this project would be more than we have available.
