Remove Hedges and Wheelie Bins and Replace with New Bin Storage area

Slabbed area away from the building for the communal bins, surrounded by fencing - similar to the ones at Union and Calside Court.

The land at the rear of 21 Neilston Road is a perfect area for neighbours to meet. It is shared with the flats on South Campbell street. Possibly a couple of paved areas where tenants could sit and enjoy any nice weather.

I would like to propose new paths either tarred or resin leading to the seating areas at the communal garden at the Oaks sheltered housing complex.

Create new slabbed areas for the bins in the back garden.
