It can be very frustrating to deal with Renfrewshire council about work done on your home by a subcontractor when it’s bad work and you tell them they take the company side all the time even when you have evidence about work done it’s a waste of time you get no help at all you have to complain to your local councillor instead to get things done just all round does not give you confidence in work under took in your home the trade representative not one person cares if listening to you when you contact them
All the straightforward stuff is really easy - paying things, reporting street scene things - it works for us to have this quick and digital. When life gets hard - for example, trying to find who can provide care for relatives or securing additional help for children, it can be really hard to find who can help and it feels like different departments aren't very joined up. It can be hard work to get that face to face support when you need it the most.
Its very frustrating having to get to the correct department. Bring back real person who understands what you are talking. Sometimes you cant explain your problem in a one word answer.
If renfrewshire council/snp to get off there over paid lazy asses and bring back street cleaners as the streets are a disgrace and have been getting worse since the covid lockdown in 2020 and bring back the play park for kids in the montgomery road/Gallowhill high flats area as well as the park over at the community centre is to far away for young kids to go to as it means crossing a busy road
Using “Millie” is a nightmare it takes many attempts to get through to repairs. She asks if you want to speak to just about every dept apart from repairs. It’s infuriating and time consuming.
The AI millie is so frustrating it takes so long to het through!!!! Waste of time

I don't like having to use Millie, the AI on the phone. It makes the process of getting through to the right person longer, and more frustrating.
