From 47 Cedar Avenue to the junction of Sycamore Avenue, there is a perimeter fence that borders onto the car park of the row of shops at Sycamore Avenue. This area is untidy, prone to rubbish gathering and generally not a good look. This could be tidied up and possibly slabbed in order to make it more appealing in an area which has improved in recent years.
