Hi! There should be a repaint done of the flats both outside and inside as I believe this would make the area nicer and more approachable as right now it looks quite messy. As the flats have been painted white, the walls are turning green and mouldy, especially that the gutters keep leaking onto them. It really does not look good when you are looking at the flat both from the outside and inside. Walking into the stairwell you can really see that it is rundown and looks a little scary. The maisonettes would benefit from having a lock on the stairwell door to make the area more secure. There is nowhere to leave your bike and it would be nice if I could leave is at stairwell entrance but as of right now I am worried someone will take it. At the very least the stairwells should be repainted as they look really bad and it will not cost a lot.

I pay for the laundrette over £20 a month, but I don't use it as I use my own washing machine and there are a lot of other people in the same position so if all of that money has been accumulating for years then we should benefit in some way by having our communal areas and outside look really nice, especially that on top of this money each ward has received a good portion of money to help improve their areas.
