Resurfacing Bedends Footpath, Bridge of Weir
Summary
My suggestion is to resurface the footpath leading from Houston Rd to Park Road, Bridge of Weir
Description
This footpath has not been resurfaced for a very long time and is in very poor condition with many trip hazards partly caused by plants forcing the tarmac up. There are many elderly people living in the estate which this path gives access to and also leads to a well-used bus stop. The footpath goes from Houston Road at a section known locally as The Bedends, due to the barrier on Houston Road, through to the junction of Park Road and Southview Crescent. Resurfacing of roads and pavements is considered a capital investment so I think this meets the criteria for YouDecide.
