Summary
Remove existing insufficient concrete bin area and replace it with a slabbed area that can accommodate all of the recycling bins
Description
Create a slabbed area for all of the recycling bins to sit on . Erect fencing around the bin area to secure the bins in place and help contain litter. Bins are currently located on the grass area at the communal drying green which is not slabbed and the area becomes muddy underfoot
