Please fence a wooden 6ft fence in line with hedge with a gate wide enough for wheelie bins to be taken out at front right. Slabbed path down gable for bins and area for bins at gable.  Also fence for flat g/2 at gable to hedge to make a more secure area for tenant to enjoy safely.
