Project Description

New Recycle bin and shed -   66-70 Sycamore Maisonettes using  space to the space at the bottom of stairs to avoid litter and waste dumping.

Currently the tenants have to bump wheelie bins down 17 stairs and a landing.

these bins would allow then tenants to carry smaller bins down to the pavement area which would be more managable and safe.

 

 Other option is a bin chute from the landing at op of stairs with bins in same area
