I suggest reducing the number of trees surrounding the building at Rowan Court. I also suggest felling of some of the other trees to reduce them in height. These trees affect the natural light coming into the flats on the lower floors of the building, particularly on the A side of the building. There are also tree roots close to the building which could cause further issues.
