Project Description

The residents have some benches in the communal areas of the complex but they are in a state of disrepair. I would like to propose that these are taken away and replaced with new ones. It would also benefit the residents between 3 and 6 Fulbar Court if two new banches could be installed in the communal area between their gardens as they have the longest walk to another bench. It would encourage the residents to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and nice days.
