Project Description

We are looking to have fob access to our social space within Glencairn Court. The space can be accessed internally by residents but there is also external access which is not secure.

My proposal is to install secure fob access (ideally linked to exisiting fob system) externally on gates. This would provide an additional layer of security and help insure only residents and authorised visitors are accessing. This is will help create a safer and more welcoming social space for those who regularly use. The social space is extremely important to the residents and we want to continue to enjoy it. It will also help reduce any possible anti social behaviour and allow the space to be utilised correctly.
