It is proposed that black metal fencing be installed around the front gardens of numbers 7 to 15 to create a clear boundary and prevent access by dogs. Enclosing the gardens is expected to significantly reduce incidents of dog fouling, improve the appearance of the area, and enhance residents' enjoyment of their outdoor space.
