Project Description

The grass can become overgrown very quickly and, during wet weather, areas of the garden can become difficult to walk across. This can make it challenging for tenants to access the washing lines and other parts of the communal garden, while also causing frequently used areas to become muddy and worn. Creating a properly constructed slabbed area would provide tenants with a firm, level  surface making the communal gardens more accessible and practical for everyone.
