Project Description

Rowan court has a predominantly over 60 or disabled tenancy.   We have TEN parking spaces for 90 houses.  So parking is a nightmare for everyone but especially disabled people.   We are having to park in Alice street or great Hamilton street or further which is very difficult  My suggestion is taking some of the grassy areas away and make more parking especially for the disabled people.
