Project Overview: This proposal aims to regenerate the currently vacant site (approx. 73m × 29m total area, including the plot of the former residential block and surrounding land) located at the corner of Cedar Avenue and Sycamore Avenue into an accessible, family-friendly "Green Gym & Pocket Park" for the Johnstone Castle community.

Key Features & Facilities:

1. Outdoor Fitness Equipment (Green Gym):

   • A selection of durable, low-maintenance outdoor gym equipment suitable for all ages and fitness levels,for example:

     • Pendulum / Hip Swinger (side-to-side leg/hip swinging for core strength and hip mobility)

     • Waist Twister (rotational standing disc for waist and core exercise)

     • Air Walker / Cross Trainer (for low-impact cardiovascular exercise)

     • Chest Press & Seated Rower (for upper body functional strength)

   • Calisthenics / bodyweight exercise station (pull-up/dip bars) for functional training.

2. Green Space & Environmental Enhancements:

   • Landscaping and grass restoration across the entire site to turn the vacant area into a welcoming green space.
