In spring, council tenants should receive a free packet of wildflower seeds to plant in window boxes, plant pots or gardens. By summer, Paisley will be bursting with colour. Not only will it bring a smile to folk's faces, but it will be great for the environment. Plus kids will get the opportunity to see the seeds they planted grow. For 10,000 wildflower sachets from the company, Meadowmania, it would total £5600. According to AI there are approx 8900 households in Paisley South Ward, but that's a guesstimate.
