Summary
Close needing painted and cleaned hasn't happened for over 20 years
Description
I have lived in 7 macdowall street for 13 years and not once has the close been painted or properly cleaned apart from me doing my bit the close looks very untidy and univiting old paint coming off the walls spider webs about the close would be really nice to see a bit of investment being made to clean up our home close area so we aren't embarrassed to have people over plus its very dirty looking and stinks.
