Fulbar Street Renfrew they keep there bins off the pavement as on any given day going down that street with a pram mobility scooter wheel chair no room to get past should be kept in back door area Try the other side of road no can’t due to big commercial bin on pavement at the play scheme could keep it on roadProject Description
It would be ideal to duplicate what Glasgow City Council have done in some areas and create bin hubs. These would help the issues of bins not being presented on collection day and would also mean no more wheelie bins lying about the street. This would definitely make a big difference to this Street and the users with mobility problems
